Normal semen analysis results include a sperm count of at least 39 million per ejaculate, a concentration of at least 16 million per millilitre, total motility of at least 42%, and at least 4% normal-shaped sperm (morphology). Results outside these ranges do not necessarily indicate infertility, as many men with lower values can still conceive naturally.
